Do You Need a Mexican Production Manager?
It is best to have a Mexican Production Manager working on your project. A Mexican Production Manager is able to negotiate with Mexican labor unions and is aware of government regulations effecting your production. There is no equivalent of the DGA in México. If you do not wish to utilize the services of a Mexican Production Manager, hiring an experienced Mexican Unit Manager and a Production Coordinator is highly recommended.
