The facility has over 9,000 square feet of permanent office space, 70,000 square feet of enclosed stage space and more than 90,000 square feet of construction workshops, storage areas, and physical plant facilities. Tank 1 provides an additional 350,000 square feet of exterior shooting space, flooded or dry. Optional real estate acquisition allows for easy expansion.
